The Fitch story begins with the genuine customer focus that owner John Fitch brings to the business. An engineering graduate, John Fitch is certified by the State as a Master Mechanic, Master Electrician, and Master Plumber. Before establishing Fitch Services, John managed the service department of a large regional electrical and plumbing contractor. Fitch’s experienced teams of technicians are trained and certified by the Refrigeration Service Engineers’ Society and Virginia Power Comfort Assured.

Fitch’s twice-yearly preventive HVAC maintenance programs minimize unpleasant surprises. Outdoors, Fitch servicemen will remove debris, inspect the compressor and tubing, clean the coil, cabinet, control box, wiring, and connections, lubricate the fan motor and blades, and check all safety controls. Indoors, they clean and adjust all working systems, safety controls, coils, filters, and flues to ensure that system will operate smoothly and efficiently.

Office and service department open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 24 hour emergency service is available with radio dispatched technicians.
